Candy Strawhecker and Her Black Balloon II
Artist: Kenneth Jarrett Singleton
This stretched canvas piece brings a cinematic, moody scene into your home — a solitary spiral staircase rising from a windswept field, a figure in a black dress clutching a single dark balloon beneath a turbulent sky. The image feels like a paused moment from a gothic fairytale: quiet, mysterious, and rich with untold stories. Hung in a dim reading nook, studio, or hallway, the canvas draws the eye and invites reflection. The muted autumn tones and dramatic clouds create atmosphere without overwhelming a room. Printed on heavyweight polyester and wrapped around a sturdy pine frame, the piece arrives ready to hang and to become a focal point where imagination lingers.
